Star COB’s 2011
LED module Star COB (Chip-On-Board) that uses a special Assembly technique where multiple LED chips made from silicon wafers, are placed firmly on a support of aluminium and coated with a layer of phosphor that improves heat dissipation and diffusion of light. The result is to obtain a single luminous body with an emission practically homogeneous, better than a fluorescent lamp and with the superior performance of a common LED strip formed from a few per meter chip.
